Focaccia Making Class

Learn the dough making, rising, shaping, baking and topping techniques.
With the help of your instructor, make focaccia art of dough making and kneading.
Then roll out the dough and create a variety of focaccias with different delicious toppings, using fresh and best ingredients.
At the end of the course, you can taste your creations and a wine tasting.
