Focaccia and Tiramisu' Class

Discover how to make two of Italy's iconic foods in the world: Focaccia and Tiramisù.

You will be guided by local chefs and create a very tasty Focaccia dough in a few steps and a delicious Tiramisu'.

Discover the art of making a Focaccia dough from scratch, using local ingredients, then enjoy your Focaccia with a glass of local wine.

In addition, our chefs will teach you how to make a special tiramisù with very simple ingredients and techniques.

This experience is perfect for everyone who loves to taste Italy foods.

While cooking, we taste aperitivo!

At the end of the class we taste Focaccia and Tiramisu'.

Location is a bistrot in the old town of Lecce, walking distance from many hotels and from the main Piazza Sant'Oronzo in Lecce.
